Forecasts
Emissions, intervals, and what actually happened
SONAR emits a short-horizon forecast of its own standing measure with an explicit interval, then records the realized value when the horizon arrives. This page is report-only: a forecast is a statement about SONAR's next reading, not a prediction of the election, and it never touches a locked prediction or a scored pair.
No accuracy claim below the floor. Interval coverage is reported only once the pre-registered number of forecasts has been scored. Until then the emissions are shown as emitted, with no rate attached.
